HOW ARE COMMUNAL CHARGES CALCULATED ?

We calculate communal charges in strict accordance with Cyprus Law namely:-

We add up the cost of all communal services to be provided.
We divide the total cost by the total floor area of all 42 properties.
We charge each owner their percentage share of the total area.

To see the budget that we prepare at the beginning of each year together with the spreadsheet that we use to allocate the charges in accordance with the Laws of Cyprus.
how do i know the communal charges are being properly spent ?
We keep our own monthly statements of account which we reconcile with the monthly statements that we receive from our agents (Lazydaze Limited). Once this process is completed we post a copy of the monthly statement on this website for your review. Please note that we normally receive statements from Lazydaze Ltd approximately one month in arrears. Reconcilling these accounts and posting them to the website takes a little longer.
