My apologies for the very late delay in sending these minutes – I thought that they had been lost and had only found them Friday February 2, 2012 – Achilleas Georgiou

10.1 Minutes of the Previous Meeting June 4, 2011

9.2 – Satellite dish – Block 5, Apartment 112
The owner is to be contacted for transfer of the dish to the roof after contacting the Chairman. The minutes were agreed and signed.

10.2 Parking
A circular will be distributed to all residences in Konia 3 that there is only 1 allocated parking per residence –  disabled parking and common parking spaces are not to be used. If you have more than one car, then you will have to park out on the public roads and not in the complex as this will cause trouble to other owners and residents.

RESOLUTION: There will be a circular sent to all residences.
VOTING: For – 3, Against – 0, Abstentions – 6. Resolution Accepted.

10.3 Aristo Developers
Aristo is to be instructed that all communications to the Committee will be via the Deputy Chairman

Reminded that all communications to the Owners should also be sent to the Committee as well

Confirm that all owners are as per the original owners list given with no changes (as per their request) Communal Snagging
Deputy Chairman had a meeting with After Sales for which they requested some files (original communal snagging) – this was sent

10.4 – Title Deeds
A formal request for the title deeds will be made by the Committee to Aristo Developers.

10.5 – Outstanding Communal Charges
Aristo will be contacted to see what is the situation with any owners that have not paid their communal charges at the end of the five (5) year period or upon the issuing of the title deeds.

10.6 – Any Other Business
1. Benches
There has been an offer from Frank to sand and varnish all the benches in the gardens for  30

VOTING: For – 3, Against – 0, Abstentions – 6. Resolution Accepted.

2. Perimeter Fence
Frank will do a test on part of the fence to see what work is required and then cost to sand and varnish all the perimeter fencing.

VOTING: For – 3, Against – 0, Abstentions – 6. Resolution Accepted.

3. Weeds around the complex
Frank has offered to go around the complex (not gardens) and remove the weeds before they bigger for  20

VOTING: For – 3, Against – 0, Abstentions – 6. Resolution Accepted.

4. Large Silver Street Lights
Peter will check with Aristo as to the procedure for changing the bulbs on two of the lights where they are
not working

5. Property 12 – Weeds
The owners will be informed that they need to cut the weeds back on their property as they are growing
wild.

6. Reminder to Owners
All owners that the conditions set in the General Agreement along with any Addendum are to be followed by all and that these must be conveyed to any tenants in the properties

7. Pool Frieze
Peter will request a quotation from Lazy Dayz for a scum-resistant frieze around the pool.

8. Road Works
Aristo are to be contacted so that they contact SABA concerning any public roads that connect to the private roads of the complex so that they are repaired after any road works.

9. Painting of Garage – Block 1, 104
The committee has decided that this is a private matter for the owner – the committee is not liable for any damage caused by other owners and tenants in the complex
