10.1 Minutes of the Previous Meeting September 4, 2011

11.1 - Satellite dish (previous 10.1)
Awaiting Chairmans response
11.2 - Circular for parking (previous 10.2)
Will be distributed as soon as possible in Greek and English to all properties and emailed to all owners.
11.3 - Title Deeds
Vice Chairman visited Aristo to enquire about the current state of the Title Deeds and subsequently visited the District Planning Office in Paphos. The procedure is underway and has been for some time, but Aristo is not expecting the title deeds to be issued anytime before 2015. The District Office has requested additional information for 5 of the 8 Blocks and Aristo is awaiting this from the Water Board. The process is ongoing and the Committee will be in contact communication with Aristo for any new developments.
11.4 - Garden Benches
Benches in the garden area have been completed as detailed in 10.6.1
11.5 - Elections
It was agreed that the current policy for membership of the Committee with be: Any member of the Committee that wishes to remain a member will do so by default thus eliminating the needs for elections. Any owner wishing to join the Committee should contact the Committee directly.
Steve Butcher (runs the K3OG web site) has requested a place on the Committee - members present have agreed.

11.6 - Deficiencies
Peter Williams will prepare a document that lists the properties that are not in accordance with the General Agreement and its Addendum. This will then be communicated to all Committee Members and owners not complying will be contacted directly by the Committee.
11.7 - Communal Snagging
A meeting was held between Aristo After Sales Manager (George Neophytou) and the Committee Members present on March 5, 2012. All outstanding points were discussed and an email will be sent to Mr. Neophytou confirming the points discussed and to be used as the basis for a more detailed meeting (within 2 weeks) where the points will be re-examined. After this meeting, Aristo will communicate what will be done and any costs should they apply.
11.8 - Pool Pump and Filter
The main pump and filter of the pool (that have been used since the pool was installed) have broken down and need repair or replacement. Aristo and independent contractors will be contacted for quotes.
11.9 - Leaking Pool
The pool is losing water, but as yet, it is unknown from where. Investigations are underway and the Committee will be informed of the findings
11.10 - Any Other Business
11.10.1 - Vice-Chairman will write a letter to the Konia Community Board concerning the Cemetery tax that is to be charged as most of the owners are not Konia resident and will not be buried in Konia
11.10.2 - Vice-Chairman will write a letter to the Konia Community Board requesting that they set up a bank account where non-residents can send money via bank transfer when they are out of the country
